Artist Presentations!
We started out with artist presentations for the next first couple of days. Artists were asked to present about themselve, their practice and what they would be working on during theSummer Institute. We were in the Gallery for presentations which made for an open atmosphere. It was really nice to see everyone sharing their work and experiences. A lot of folks have practices that centre around family, culture, heritage, and the sites that embody these ideas. It's so exciting to see the artists talk about their work.
